2018 has been an exciting year for Alpine SnowGuards so far. Not only have we seen the designs of EIGHT new products become a reality (and a success), we’ve also decided to develop some new marketing materials. Don’t get me wrong – ads, editorials, blogs, newsletters, and social updates are all aspects of my job that I enjoy very much, and there’s just something about the development of all new marketing materials that presents an opportunity to breathe new life into things.
First up was the creation of our 2018 Product Brochure, which featured our snow management systems broken out by roof type, as well as information about each style of snow guard, custom designs, solar snow management, our Online Project Calculator, and a section about the BIM Objects that we’ve had developed, which save architects and engineers a huge amount of time on researching a product and entering data about a product. The brochure has been a big hit, as we had a hunch it would be. People like having all of the info they need in one place, and seeing that project through to fruition has been so rewarding (and fun)!
Our Retail Display Sign was next, and is the real reason I’m writing this story for you today – not only to inform you of the fact that we now have these available, also to let you know that we are running a contest based on the sign itself. Just what does that mean? It means that the companies who already have a sign, and the companies who have yet to receive or request a sign, are all eligible to enter our WHO WORE IT BEST? PHOTO CONTEST!
First, some info about the sign itself: It’s 18” x 24”, printed on rugged corrugated plastic, and includes an integrated space dedicated for a brochure stand (which we send with the sign, along with brochures to get you started).
Now, for the details of the contest:
To enter for a chance to win, all you need to do is to share your photos on social media and tag/mention Alpine SnowGuards (#ASGWhoWoreItBest2018). Not on social media? No problem, you can also email your photos to firstname.lastname@example.org, and she will post them for you, tagging/mentioning your company!
The contest kicks off when most of us are back, in the office after Labor Day, on September 4th. Voting will be open on October 15th and will run until Friday, October 19th, at which time we will tally the online votes and announce the winner! The winning company/branch will receive a $300 pre-loaded credit card to use as the winner (hopefully your company!) sees fit. Not only that, we’ll also blog about the contest winner with details about your company and a back-link to your website.
